Ordering -

Please read carefully - by placing an order with us, you are acknowledging your agreement to the following conditions:

Items are made to order and turnaround is approx two weeks as standard. Greetings cards, pin badges and prints will be dispatched sooner than this, providing they are in stock in the studio. Please email prior to ordering if the item is required sooner than two weeks to confirm I can deliver faster.

Recorded delivery is a trackable service, and doesn’t mean rush delivery.

Collection is available from my studio (TF1 1EH) or Shop in the Square, Wolverhampton (WV1 1TQ). Just select collection when checking out and leave a note at checkout to say where you will collect from. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order is ready for collection.

Due to the handmade nature of my products, there may be some variation in colour between print batches.

Please spell check any personalisation text and address details before placing your order as mistakes cannot be rectified later and you may have to pay again to have it remade.

If an item arrives and is incorrect or damaged please notify me within 7 days with photographic evidence in order to have a replacement item sent out.

All ceramic pieces are kiln fired and will keep best if washed in a dishwasher. Bone china is prone to staining, particularly with tea. To remove coffee or tea stains from a cup, wet the cup with vinegar. Then dampen a rag with water, dip it in baking soda or salt and swab out the stain. Cushions covers can be removed using the zip, and are dry clean only.

My website uses PayPal and Stripe card payments, so you can order with confidence that your money is safe.

All prices listed on the website are shown in UK pounds sterling. Paypal and Stripe both convert into other currencies at checkout, but to get a guide price before then, please utilise Google Currency Converter - https://www.google.co.uk/finance/converter which shows up to date conversion rates.

If you are receiving a parcel from outside the United Kingdom it may incur Customs charges. Charges are the liability of the customer.

Your details - address, email and bank details will only be used to complete your order and for any legal documents such as my tax return, and will not be passed on to any third parties.

Trade orders are strictly for business use only. Anyone seen to be breaching this will have their account suspended.

Minimum order is £100 and some items have minimum order quantities, please check item descriptions for details.

Online only companies are accepted subject to website check. Brick and mortar shops are permitted to add items to their own sites without written consent.

Items are not to be sold through any third party sites such as Etsy or Ebay.

Items will arrive wrapped in tissue paper or bubble wrap cased between recycled packaging materials.

I don’t currently offer retail packaging due to cost of bespoke packaging for each shape/size.
